The hardest part of any job is managing the personalities around you and developing relationships. It can be tricky at times, but I believe if we are kind to everyone and show them dignity and respect that things work out in the end. In short to get friends you have to be a friend.

More than likely you will encounter a difficult personality every once and a while. If your not careful they can suck the life out of meaningful work. If you can escape, do it. Get as far a way as possible. If you can’t , then give them as little attention as possible. Be kind, show dignity and respect. Don’t dwell.

What ever you do, don’t become the difficult person. Give all relationships time, you don’t want to write people off. Some relationships take longer than others to develop.

We live in a relationship economy it more important than ever to cultivate strong relationships.
